Garrett is a project developer at Pattern Energy, an IPP developing large-scale wind, solar, HVDC, and storage projects across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to working at Pattern, Garrett studied energy economics and climate policy at UC Berkeley before spending time as a consultant focused on clean energy procurement for large multinationals.
