Grace Hong is a Senior Associate at Alvarez & Marsal in the Infrastructure & Capital Projects practice, where she focuses on power, renewables, and energy sectors. She specializes in conducting detailed and complex analyses, delivering market, technical, and operational insights to support strategic decision-making. Previously, Grace was a consultant at Deloitte, where she developed a strong foundation in organizational transformation across multiple industries.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys exploring Broadway shows and spending time golfing and skiing. She is also an active board member of Women’s Energy Network Greater New York City.
